This file traces the City's reward offer in connection with a shooting on October 31, 2010, in which unknown suspects fired into the backyard of a home at 1007 E. 84th Street. Aaron Shannon, age 5, Terrance Shannon, age 27, and William Shannon, age 56, were all struck by gunfire. Aaron succumbed to his injuries on November 2, 2010; Terrance and William were hospitalized and released. The case has remained unsolved. The original motion, introduced by then-Councilmember Jan C.
